Meet the team
Having spent 30 years working in the property market, including a senior appointment with a large UK agency, Gareth has identified the need for a true independent agency that concentrates on the simple business of selling and letting property within the local area. With experience in the sales and lettings market both as an agent and as a professional landlord Gareth is ideally placed to offer vendors and landlords advice on all aspects of selling and letting property simply, efficiently and profitably.
Rose has had many years’ experience working in the retail sector and the Spanish property market. She deals with arranging viewings, taking offers, negotiating sales, and liaising between solicitors and mortgage advisors. She has reasonable for the hot property list and matching potential buyers to the right property.
Liz has been part of the team at Cheshire & Co since its inception, having spent 12 years in the estate agency business. This followed a 20 year career in the police force. As lettings administrator, Liz is fully conversant with all aspects of lettings procedures and is able to answer any number of questions from either tenant or landlord.
